Matthew Cutajar is an Associate within the firm’s Litigation Department and his main areas of practice comprise general civil and commercial law, as well as litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His work primarily involves the drafting of judicial acts in addition to representing clients before both the inferior and superior Courts and the Tribunals of Malta. Matthew regularly advises clients on matters falling within the scope of his areas of practice.
He joined Mamo TCV as legal trainee in June 2013. He also worked as a legal trainee at Grant Thronton (Malta) between July 2013 and December 2013 where he gained experience working in fields such as corporate law, financial services and intellectual property law.
In his first year at Mamo TCV Matthew also worked within the firm’s Financial Services department. His work entailedadvising and assisting local and foreign clients operating within the investment services and payment services sectors.
