He acts for clients on commercial and financial disputes, as well as representing them in real estate litigation.”

Katya Tua, head of the firm’s Investment Services practice group, was ranked as Band 2 in Financial Services. Chambers described Katya as an “eminent lawyer who frequently assists clients with investment fund matters. She also advises on financial regulation and compliance.”
Intellectual Property & TMT
Antoine Camilleri, head of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, was ranked as a Spotlight lawyer in Intellectual Property & TMT. Chambers said that Antoine “has notable experience representing clients in intellectual property matters and has expertise in cross-border intellectual property litigation.”
Claude Micallef Grimaud, head of the firm’s TMT practice group, has also been ranked as a Spotlight lawyer in Intellectual Property & TMT. Chambers said that Claude “represents clients in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property cases. He also assists with privacy and data protection matters.”
Shipping
The firm has been ranked as a Band 2 firm in Shipping law. Chambers stated that:
“The firm is known for handling very complex legal issues in all aspects of maritime law. The firm handles ship registration on behalf of major international ship owners (tanker, dry bulk and container ships). This is coordinated mainly by Nicholas Valenzia and his team.
The firm is also involved in setting up complex corporate structures relating to the ownership and operation of vessels (including yachts). The firm is currently involved in the setting up of a bulker pool for European clients wishing to tap the dry bulk market through a joint effort.
