Mamo TCV Advocates is pleased to officially launch the Mamo TCV Training Academy, an initiative aimed at strengthening professional knowledge and compliance across Malta’s corporate and financial sectors. The Academy will commence its first accredited sessions in January 2026, marking a significant milestone in the Firm’s commitment to education and industry development.

The Training Academy is designed to deliver twelve structured sessions throughout 2026 covering a wide spectrum of topics critical to today’s business environment. These include Directors’ Duties, Debt Collection, AML Frameworks, GDPR Compliance and Sanctions in Malta, among others. Each session will be led by experienced practitioners from Mamo TCV Advocates, ensuring participants gain practical insights alongside theoretical knowledge.

Crucially, the Academy has secured accreditation from the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA), meaning that attendees will gain Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours. This accreditation underscores the Academy’s role in supporting compliance with regulatory obligations while promoting best practices across industries.

“Our vision is to create a platform that empowers professionals with the tools and understanding they need to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes,” said Mamo TCV Advocates. “Education is at the heart of progress and through this initiative, we aim to contribute meaningfully to Malta’s business community.” By combining legal expertise with accessible learning formats, Mamo TCV is positioning itself as a leader not only in legal services but also in education and thought leadership.

Sessions will be delivered online, offering flexibility for participants while maintaining interactive engagement. Registration is now open.
