Mamo TCV Advocates was represented at the first day of the LIC General Assembly 2026. A central theme of the day was Artificial Intelligence (AI), with speakers exploring both the opportunities and challenges that AI presents for debt collection practices and legal advisory work.
During the session, Dr Kirk Brincau and Ian Busuttil shared practical perspectives drawn from the firm’s experience, highlighting how debt collection operations are managed within the Maltese legal and regulatory framework. With Malta hosting this year’s assembly, the contribution offered attendees valuable local context and real-world examples.
