Veronica Grixti is a Senior Associate within the firm. Her principal area of practice has been in certain aspects of insurance, inheritance, general commercial, corporate including liquidations and share transfers and property law. She has been actively involved in the drafting of agreements including but not limitedly promise of sale of property agreements, lease agreements, management agreements. She has also been involved in the restructuring of companies, debt collections, giving advice to leading insurance companies in Malta in connection with life insurance policies and professional indemnity claims, and in company secretarial matters.
