Zachary Galea

Zachary Galea is a Senior Associate in the corporate and shipping departments of the Mamo TCV Advocates.  He joined as a trainee in 2018 assisting within the Shipping and Aviation and IT departments of Mamo TCV gaining experience in Maritime Law, IT and Corporate law.

He assists in a variety of corporate and commercial matters, such as company formation, corporate governance, the incorporation and restructuring of companies, and company secretarial matters.

Zachary also assists in corporate matters relating to shipping and aviation, such as the formation and support of companies. He also assists in several insurance and reinsurance advisory, regulatory and compliance matters.

Trust and Company Service Providers Face Rule Changes

On the 11th of July 2025, Malta implemented pivotal regulatory changes through the Trusts and Trustees Act (Register of Beneficial Owners) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, which came into effect in virtue of Legal Notice 133 of 2025.
