Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Courier to support the day-to-day operations of our firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely collection and delivery of documents, correspondence, and other items between our offices, clients, courts, government departments, and other external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys working independently, is organised, and takes pride in delivering a professional service.

Main Responsbilities
  • Collect and deliver documents and parcels to various locations across Malta.
  • Handle court, government, banking, and other official deposits and collections.
  • Assist with internal office errands and administrative support tasks as required.
  • Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, professionally, and within established timeframes.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
Requirement
  • A valid Maltese work permit.
  • A clean driving licence for cars and motorcycles (Category A1).
  • A good command of spoken English.
  • Knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience working in an office environment is not required but will be considered an asset.
