Mamo TCV Advocates are currently looking for a motivated and talented person to join as a Litigation Department Administrator. The selected candidate will complement a team consisting of legal and non-legal professionals and work with a number of clients across a variety sectors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafting judicial documents such as warrants
- Registering new lawsuits
- Performing follows ups and updating court sittings in the system
- Submitting and collecting notes such as judicial hypothecs from the Public Registry
- Ordering and collecting searches
- Submitting documents to the Malta Arbitration Centre, Consumer Claims Departments etc
- General office administrative duties
Job Requirements
- Minimum A-Level standard of education – a relevant administrative qualification is an asset.
- Strong command of English and Maltese.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications with solid general computer literacy.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in the legal industry or in a similar administrative role is considered an asset.
Whilst prior experience in a similar position is required, on the job training will be provided to persons with the right skills and aptitude. The salary offered will be commensurate with the level of experience and skills.
