Position Overview

Mamo TCV Advocates is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our Facilities team. This role is essential in maintaining the firm’s high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism across all office areas.

The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate discretion in a legal environment, and contribute to a welcoming and well-maintained workplace for staff and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all office areas, including workspaces, meeting rooms, reception areas, kitchens, and restrooms
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared to a professional standard before and after use
  • Manage day-to-day cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues to the Facilities team
  • Replenish supplies such as cleaning materials, toiletries, and kitchen consumables
  • Assist with light hospitality tasks such as setting up refreshments for meetings and events
  • Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with firm policies
  • Ensure safe use and storage of cleaning equipment and materials
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping, cleaning, or facilities support role
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of confidential environments
  • Basic understanding of health and safety practices
  • Ability to communicate in English and Maltese.
