Due to recent growth in our client portfolio Mamo TCV Advocates are currently looking for a motivated and talented person to join as a Manager within our Insurance and Pensions Advisory team. The selected candidate will complement a team consisting of legal and non-legal professionals and work with a number of clients across a variety of sectors.

The selected candidate will:

work within the insurance team;
provide support and advisory services to our clients in relation to insurance and pensions regulatory, supervisory and compliance matters including:
> preparation / review of policies and procedures;
> assistance with queries from regulatory bodies;
> assisting compliance officers with regulatory body on-site and off-site inspections; and
> providing training to compliance personnel;
work directly with clients, key decision makers, business promoters and supervisors/regulators across various industries and jurisdictions;
plan, coordinate, and execute client-related projects or tasks;
undertake regular initiatives to promote services to existing and potential clients, establish new client relationships and support and enhance business relations with current clients; and
endeavour to stay abreast of business opportunities, legislative developments and current industry trends.

The ideal candidate will:

ideally have over 5 years of relevant experience;
possess sufficient knowledge and expertise;
be able to consistently deliver quality and timely client services;
have the versatility to work with clients from different regulated sectors; and
be able to successfully work with colleagues across the firm.
