Frank B. Testa
Frank Testa is a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution group of the firm. He was admitted to the bar in 2005 and after a couple of years of practise in the financial service industry in the City of London, he returned to Malta to concentrate on civil, commercial and administrative law.
He has been advising various local and international companies as well as government entities since then. In doing so, he has gained significant experience in those fields as as well as real estate, public procurement and industrial law. Frank is regarded as one of the country’s main points of reference in hospitality law, where he has advised the government on the drafting of various pieces of legislation in the field.

Counsel for various local investors in actions instituted against local financial services service providers for mis-selling financial products. Cases still ongoing.
Counsel for consortium made up of foreign and local investors in the successful public procurement bid for the construction and operation of a local marina.
Counsel for shareholder in leading local construction company in suit brought against same company on the basis of unfair prejudice.
Counsel for government entity as defendant in public procurement suit filed by unsuccessful bidder claiming wrongful award of major marketing contract. Case still ongoing
Counsel for government, advising in the restructuring and redrafting of local hospitality legislation.
