Mamo TCV Advocates are currently looking for a motivated and talented person to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department as an Associate. The selected candidate will complement a team which has consistently been ranked as a first-tier dispute resolution department in Malta. This position entails involvement in an interesting, challenging, and varied range of proceedings.

The duties of the selected candidate will primarily include:

advising and representing clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, in collaboration with senior lawyers and other members of the team;
drafting and review of judicial acts;
drafting of legal opinions relating to general civil and commercial matters.

The ideal candidate would have:

a law degree and warrant to practice as an advocate in Malta;
good written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English;
the ability to work against tight deadlines;
preferably previously worked in litigation.
