Position Overview

A vacancy has arisen to join the firm as an associate or senior associate in our Investment Services and Funds team.

The duties of the selected candidate will include:

Advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters;
Assisting applicants with licence applications under the Investment Services Act;
Company secretarial work for licensed entities;
Conducting legal due diligence with a particular focus on regulatory matters; and
Undertaking other regulatory-related briefs.

While candidates with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply, the ideal candidate will:

Possess a Law degree and warrant to practice as an advocate in Malta;
Have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese;
Have at least 1 years’ experience in regulatory or compliance issues;
Be pro-active and able to work against tight deadlines; and
Be willing to undergo continued professional development and training.
