Maria Minkiewicz is the Regulatory Advisor in the Investment Funds and Services department of the firm. She obtained her LLB Law degree from the London School of Economics, where she also served as the vice-president of the LSE Polish Business Society. At university, her primary interests included company, commercial and EU law, and she was able to gain practical experience in these areas in law firms in London and Warsaw.

She assists in advising international clients in the incorporation and licensing of collective investment schemes, including UCITS, alternative investment funds (AIFs) and professional investor funds (PIFs). Maria is actively involved in providing legal support required by the schemes, including drafting, negotiating and answering regulatory compliance queries.
