Counsel for defendants in suit brought against the government of Malta for breach of the right of peaceful enjoyment of personal property as a result of the Government’s decision to expropriate plaintiff’s personal property. Case is still ongoing.
Counsel for established local optometric firm having successfully defended it against a suit filed by consumer.
