David Grech is Of Counsel in the Real Estate and Development group within the firm. As counsel to various clients involved in large scale and mixed real estate developments, he has significant experience in designing and drafting the legal documents to suit the particular, often intricate, circumstances of the project.
He also regularly advises major domestic and international clients on various areas of commercial law.
David has also participated in the drafting of secctor guidelines for the prevention of money laundering and funding of terrorism, gives training in this subject and plays a key role in maintaining effective policies and procedures in this area within the firm.
