Stephanie Abela Medici
Stephanie graduated in 2016 and has been a lawyer in training with Mamo TCV Advocates for two years. Having been exposed to different legal practice areas for a year, Stephanie concentrated on immigration law where a personal and holistic approach is required in order to assist individuals or companies to relocate to Malta. She has been involved in assisting clients apply for Maltese residence permits and programmes, visas and employment licenses, together with personal and corporate tax and management, and real estate conveyance services.
Stephanie also has particular interest in Intellectual Property law as delineated by her dissertation entitled ‘Copyright Law Protecting Digital Literary Works: A Comparative Analysis of Publishing and Dissemination through Technological Media’.
