Through its vast experience advising and assisting the tourism sector, Mamo TCV has gained in depth knowledge of the industry. We have assisted clients on a plethora of issues including project development, real estate, corporate, licensing, banking and tax law, employment health and safety, environment and planning.  

 

 

Moreover, we have advised several international hotel, travel and tourism groups on cross-border acquisitions and disposals and on the development of hotels, tourist or leisure complexes in Malta.  

 

 

We have also represented several clients in negotiations with the Malta Tourism Authority and the Hotels and Catering Establishments Board and in the processing of applications for the attainment of permits and licences.
