MAMO TCV ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW PARTNERS

The firm is pleased to announce the appointment of four new partners who will be responsible for niche growth areas, working independently or in liaison with other partners. All four partners have been working as associates with the firm for a number of years and their appointment will serve as an impetus to the firm’s declared objective of being a leader in the Maltese legal services industry. 
 
Dr Antoine Camilleri graduated Doctor of Laws in 2001 and obtained a Master of Laws Degree - Magister Juris [European & Comparative Law] in 2002. Antoine is generally responsible for the department handling Intellectual Property & Anti-counterfeiting, Competition, General Commercial Law, Communications Law, Media & Technology Law.  
 
Dr Daniele Cop graduated Bachelor of Laws (1997, University of Antwerp, Belgium) Licentiate in Law (2000, University of Antwerp, Belgium) Master in Economic Law (2001, University of Brussels, Belgium) Daniele generally works in the fields of Financial Services, Corporate Law and EU Law. 
 
Dr Stephen Muscat graduated Doctor of Laws (1997, University of Malta) and in the same year obtained a Master of Laws Degree in International Maritime Law (1997, International Maritime Law Institute, University of Malta)  
Stephen’s expertise lies in Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution, Shipping Law, International Maritime Law and General Commercial Law  
 
Dr Simon Schembri graduated B.A. in Legal and Humanistic Studies (1998, University of Malta) Doctor of Laws (2001, University of Malta). Simon, who is presently completing ACII (Chartered Insurance Institute, London), works in various fields including Corporate Law, Trusts, Insurance Law, Competition Law, Real Estate & Development, General Commercial Law.
