Construction is also one of Mamo TCV’s core areas of expertise. The team responsible for this area has advised and counselled numerous companies in relation to their development projects in Malta. Mamo TCV has represented a number of major construction companies in connection with major infrastructure projects.  

 

 

The team has assisted clients in the infrastructure projects by giving advice in respect of bid proposals, the drafting of all necessary contracts, negotiating agreements, obtaining government clearances and project financing.  

 

 

Mamo TCV has also been contributing to the successful resolution of numerous disputes involving construction companies, either through private negotiations, arbitration or via the Maltese courts.
